6 ozCanned Chicken Broth

1/2 cupBlack Turtle Soup, canned

1/2 cupBrown Rice, long-grain, cooked

2 tortillaFlour Tortillas

1/4 cupOnions

1/4 cupCilandro

1 medRed Tomatoes

1/2 cupCheddar or Colby Cheese, low fat
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine chicken, beans and rice. Set aside.2. Steam tortillas between damp paper towels in a microwave oven.
3. Spread the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
4. Top with onion, cilantro, tomato, and cheddar cheese.
5. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up, and roll the sides tightly to form a burrito. Serve immediately.
