Chicken Burrito with Rice and Beans

Ingredients

  • 6 oz 
    Canned Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup 
    Black Turtle Soup, canned
  • 1/2 cup 
    Brown Rice, long-grain, cooked
  • 2 tortilla 
    Flour Tortillas
  • 1/4 cup 
    Onions
  • 1/4 cup 
    Cilandro
  • 1 med 
    Red Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup 
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, low fat

Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine chicken, beans and rice. Set aside.

2. Steam tortillas between damp paper towels in a microwave oven.

3. Spread the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.

4. Top with onion, cilantro, tomato, and cheddar cheese.

5. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up, and roll the sides tightly to form a burrito. Serve immediately.
